Thursday Updates

• So the DMB is planning two full sets on each of their stops on their upcoming tour, including Austin. I know followers of "Dave" have probably already had an accident in their pants at this point. Not a bad show necessarily but you cold probably leave after the first set - the good news is that their shows are never scripted and you will hear a completely different set of songs each set and probably each stop of the show.
• A couple of the original (and former) members of Heart are forming Heart by Heart. If they have the blessing of Ann and Nancy they are probably fine - if not......
• Look for Pete Way vs. Waysted soon in the Battle of the Dueling Bands.
• That Metal Show will return next month for it's 14th SEASON. Dispute rumors to the contrary, the reports of the death of rock and metal in general have been greatly exaggerated.
• Unfortunately, in what is becoming not a quite as rare scenario as it used to be, I currently have no tickets to any shows to attend. But I do have a couple in mind including "An Evening with Alice Cooper".
