- Eugene Hutz, frontman for Gogol Bordello, is being sued by the band's former guitarist for "brazenly absconding" a half a mill or so.
- Greg Ginn, the only musician to appear in all versions of Black Flag, and it's co-founder, has launched a lawsuit against former members of Black Flag now touring as Flag - saying it is confusing for both bands to be touring and using similar names.
