Another Stage Collapse
This is a few days old but I reported on all similar incidents last year-there has been another stage collapse resulting in a death, this time being Radiohead's drum tech, Scott Johnson. Luckily, and I use that word hesitantly, this was before the show during setup and the crowd had not arrived as of yet-there are rumors that ZZ Top refused to play here recently for some of the same reasons but that information is skeptical. This has become too common of an incident in the last year or two-organizers, promoters, stage companies and bands must find a common solution to this problem before it happens again.
