Although this article does bring up some interesting points I take it with a grain of salt.
- So the Beatles changed "everything about themselves" and then got big-real big. So what do you call it the second time around when they changed again i.e. after they discovered hallucinogenic drugs.
- The only two Nirvana albums I really listen to are Bleach and Insecticide
- The Sex Pistols didn't change the face of music, although they were extremely popular for a short period of time. The New York Punk Scene- and those that followed, LA, Washington DC etc. are
werewhere the real punk music was made. Where would we be without The Ramones, Misfits and Bad Brains just to name a few. Not that there is nothing wrong with a good Sex Pistols song I just get tired of them getting all the credit. - What the hell is "selling out" anyways....
