This jacket is so awesome! I've been trying my whole life to be a punk rocker but my mommy would never let me. Now that I'm grown up I can finally be myself. This jacket has helped find my true punk self!
I've never heard of the bands on this jacket but if they're as good as Green Day then its alright.
I think I'll even get myself one of those mohawks all the punk rockers are wearing.
OH BOY!!!
Can't wait to wear this to my next Blink 182 concert, they're so hardcore!!!

So what better way to start than....

• Hawkwind former member Nik Turner has registered the name of "Nik Turner's Hawkwind" just prior to Hawkwind's upcoming US tour. Though legal action is yet to be filed you know what is going to happen next. I am not sure if there are enough Hawkwind fans to go around for them to have two versions. Maybe they should just name their bands Stormbringer and Mournblade......
• In news that is a wee bit older Cheap Trick have countersued Bun E. Carlos.
• There are several "supergroups" formed recently - one featuring members of Pantera, Anthrax, Soulfly & Accept and the other featuring members of Korn, King's X, & Dokken.
• Last Friday sound guru Ray Dolby passed on. Quite a few musical innovations from this individual...
• Today is the 43rd anniversary of Jimi Hendrix's death  The final full interview prior to his death will be broadcast tonight on TeamRock digital radio supposedly the first time the full interview has been broadcast - but don't quote me on that.

• Scott Weiland has asked Stone Temple Pilots to "buy him out" - in the end it's always about the money. Meanwhile STP has announced the release of their EP featuring Chester Bennington on lead vocals.
• Plano is getting a music festival in conjunction with Live Nation. The two day fest is scheduled to take place in May of 2014.
• Long time Nazareth frontman Dan Mcafferty has decided to retire after two on stage collapses due to issues with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, leaving bassist Pet Agnew as the only remaining founding member. 
• There are reports coming out of Korea that several members of a  pop group, including a former girlfriend of Kim Jong-un, have been executed for the selling and distribution of sex tapes, with their families being sent to labor camps for guilt by association. Isn't that what makes you a star over here in the good ol' US of A?
